We can’t refund or exchange the broekies or masks if they don’t fit, because of their intimate and personal nature. For underwear please look at our size guide to make sure it’s the right fit for you. We have even added some extra information for each style regarding our fit to guide you.
When it comes to returning a bra, we can always find a solution, as your comfort is the most important thing for us. You will, however, need to give us feedback on the day you receive your order so that we can discuss the fit concern and resolve as soon as possible.
We will accept exchanges of any garment in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order if you find any problems with your purchase.
